Bruins vs. Jets, Part 1

So this is common knowledge to anyone who is a fan of the Bruins, as we are, but the Bruins played the Jets for the first time in the preseason last night. With both teams missing some key players (Looch and Chara for the B's, Wheeler, Little, and Ladd for the Jets), I think it was safe to say two things: 1) The Jets have improved their game, keeping up with a Stanley Cup runner-up all the way until overtime. And 2) the Bruins need to find a way to keep Dougie Hamilton out of the freakin' penalty box. Him being in the box resulted in Winnipeg scoring to tie it up in the first. As a matter of fact, the second Winnipeg goal was on the power play as well, except Matt Fraser was in the box. So let me change my two key points here: 1) The Jets have improved their power play, whereas the Bruins power play was 0-5 last night, same old story. 2) The Bruins AS A TEAM need to stay out of the penalty box. No more of this happening, kay?

Get it together boys. Soon. I want to cry over another Cup win sometime in my young adulthood.
K see ya.
